It was great to have a nice local wedding on Saturday – in a church where I recently photographed Caz and Philip so I know the church well. Heather and Simon celebrated amongst family and friends and then moved on to The Alexander Centre in Faversham having been transported there in style by one of the lovely chauffeurs from All Kent Wedding Cars.
I joined Heather at her parents’ home, along with her sisters and flowergirl niece …
I love the tea length dress for gorgeous bride Heather and the jewel colours of her bridesmaids … then it was off to church!
The ceremony was conducted by a new vicar who was very accommodating with regards photography … and then on to champagne and the perfect drive back to Faversham in the Beauford …
We had a brief stop along the way because I knew that there was a perfect backdrop for my lovely couple!
The venue was transformed by the amazing skills of the lovely Amanda at Amanda Jane Wedding Design who I’ve worked with many times before and always highly recommend.
And the bride and groom played a game of “Mr and Mrs” hosted by best man, Smeg (that’s his nickname …) and if the couple didn’t agree on an answer, they had to drink a shot!
It was an absolute pleasure to be part of this lovely local wedding and I’m looking forward to editing and sharing the final results. Wishing you a lovely few days away and I’m sure we will bump into each other again in town!
