Such a wonderful day. I was introduced to this lovely couple by one of the members of our local camera club where I used to be a member. And I’m so glad that I was. From start to finish, from an amazing welcome at bridal prep with mum Sheenagh who was just the most incredibly helpful and organised mum, to the girls in dressing gowns and family from New Zealand, to a groom who wasn’t showing the slightest hint of nerves … to the fun bus ride (including pokestops), an emotional ceremony at Archbishops Palace in Maidstone and a wonderful reception venue at The Plough Inn which had been turned into a festival extravaganza … to the ice cream van, the hot food cones, the smiles, the laughter, a few tears and gorgeous Ronnie … oh, it was a great day!!!
Lorna, you absolutely glowed!
And our handsome groom … see, no nerves!
We took a few moments for some portraits after the ceremony in the herb garden right by the Archbishops Palace and the light was amazing!
And who couldn’t resist this super handsome chap who wanted to be in all the photographs!
We even got a sunset!
You can see why I was smiling all the way home – what an amazing job I have, spending time with such wonderful people, capturing the love and laughter and creating memories for them to share. I’m working hard to finalise your images but in the meantime, much love to you both xxx

They’re back … but they’re different. The next set of sessions are booked for:
Saturday 8 October 2016
at Boughton-under-Blean village hall just a stone’s throw away from Faversham.
Prices are still £20 for 20 minutes but now you get the bonus of 20% discount off products from your online gallery. Good value? Great value!!!
Perfectly timed for sorting out those niggly Christmas gifts, prints are excellent for capturing those never-to-be repeated moments in time … fun, frolics, fast and furious, 20/20 sessions aren’t for the faint hearted … they are super speedy photography with great results every time.
So email me firstname.lastname@example.org to get your session booked in. First session time will be 9.40am and then every twenty minutes after that with the final session probably being 3pm …
As always, the session fee of £20 secures your slot and I do expect this round of sessions to book very quickly.
Christmas jumpers are welcome!

As I walk through the woods with my two Tibetan Terriers, it’s really easy to notice the chance in seasons. The colours of the trees are becoming vibrant, a hint of wood smoke in the air and conkers everywhere (I’m sure when I was younger, there weren’t so many conkers …).
So it’s time to launch another round of family photoshoots. Half term is a great opportunity for families when they are relaxed and have time to spend with each other. When better to book a family photoshoot, on the beach or in the woods, to capture your children doing what they naturally enjoy the most … kicking through leaves, collecting conkers … being children.
And, of course, if you have dogs, they are more than welcome to come along too!
Please do email email@example.com for availability of the sessions. A great way of spending time with the family and getting images which really do reflect their personalities.
Sessions last between one to one and a half hours and will be in the local vicinity of Faversham and outlying villages (including the seaside) so long enough to get wonderful images but not too long!

I’ve known this fabulous family since little J was a baby. And I was delighted to be welcomed back for a session with these two lovely girls and their family. The weather was absolutely scorching and we really did have to work out the best way to mitigate that … but the hops created shade and some relief from the sun and the girls, both very different in their personalities, giggled and laughed (particularly when their dad was giving a running commentary …) and we got some amazing shots …
There were so many fabulous images that I know mum and dad are trying to decide which ones to have as prints … I’m always so pleased when my clients are happy with what we’ve achieved, despite it being so incredibly hot! I can’t wait to see which ones you decide to display and thanks so much for inviting me back xx

I had the pleasure of joining Lynn and her family in the summer for a special birthday celebration at Read’s in Faversham, one of the best restaurants in the local area. As part of her birthday gift, her family asked me to design and produce an album, to include images of Lynn’s choice taken during my coverage.
When a family haven’t seen each other for a long time and then get together, it’s a wonderful event to photograph. Indeed, Lynn’s sister and niece came all the way from the States so there was lots to catch up on!
Here are a few images from the album …
The albums are professionally bound and have photographic paper bonded to thick cardboard which gives them a rather luxurious feel. You can see the quality of the binding and the thickness of the pages here …
If you are planning a special celebration, don’t think of putting disposable cameras on the table – invest your money in professional photography coverage. It really is worth every penny and I’m sure that Lynn and her family will enjoy looking back through the album for many years to come.
Do drop me an email firstname.lastname@example.org for all your event photography needs.

Just a quick sneak peek before I leave to photograph my next wedding – I had the pleasure of joining Tracey and Andy and their guests yesterday at Bickley Manor. It’s the first time I’ve photographed a wedding at this venue and I must say that the grounds are really well kept! The sun shone all day which meant that the bride and groom could mingle and chat outside with their guests … so their sneak peek is of them and their gorgeous little son …
And, of course, of the jumping groomsmen … I think a couple were a bit keen!
I hope that you enjoyed the rest of your evening and that the celebrations lasted long into the night. Thanks so much for having me along and it was a special bonus that some of my own family were there too and so I got to spend time with them too! Much love xx
