Nearing the end of the year, how lucky was I to be able to join Danielle, Chris, their two gorgeous daughters and wonderful families and friends for their celebrations at Salmestone Grange. Yes, it was a tad chilly but this in no way detracted from the obvious delight that this lovely couple showed as they were married in the Chapel. The boys showed no signs of nerves …
And there was the tiniest bit of natural daylight left to get some gorgeous portraits of Danielle and Chris’s little ones.
Danielle got a fit of the giggles when exchanging rings and it was just delightful to hear!
Four generations … all together for a wonderful day of celebration.
Danielle, you looked amazing. What a journey you have had to get to this point … beautiful!
Luckily we had time for a few portraits before the wedding breakfast and that there was a room available as it was too dark and too chilly outside!
Congratulations to you both and I’m looking forward to editing and sharing your images as soon as possible. Have an amazing first Christmas as Mr and Mrs!
Dodging the showers is something that, as a wedding photographer, I have to accept is part of the job. But with fingers crossed, a fair wind and a little bit of luck, the weather for Charlotte and Daniel’s wedding yesterday was nearly perfect. But, oh my goodness, those who know me are aware that I am very rarely rendered speechless … but Charlotte, you looked stunning and composed and happy … and arrived in a Hot Rod!
And Olivia, the flower girl, with such a bubbly personality and endearing smile!
And the bride and groom. Perfect!
Thanks to your family and friends for being so welcoming, to the ushers, Kyle and Chris, for being so helpful, to Charlotte for being beautiful … I love my job! Congratulations to you both, Charlotte and Daniel, thank you so much for inviting me to capture your special day and have a wonderful time on your honeymoon xx
Just the quickest of sneak peeks today after my double header of weddings. Today I had the pleasure of joining Vicky and Cliff and their families and friends at Salmestone Grangenear Margate for their wedding celebrations. After a brief shower, there was sunshine for the group shots and then some gorgeous light for my time alone with the newly weds! Here’s your sneak peek …
And yes, I nearly did fall in the pond getting this shot … just a bit further back, just a bit further …
Have a lovely honeymoon and the images will be ready for you on your return. And thanks for the delicious meal too … the strawberry cheesecake was just perfection! xx
